Engaging in therapy can help you learn healthy coping mechanisms which are beneficial for mental health and overall well-being.

Individual Counselling

Receive 1:1 guidance and support to help you navigate everyday life and cope with its challenges.

As your counsellor, I will walk beside you in your time of personal difficulty, tailoring my approach to create a safe and welcoming space for positive growth.

Individual Counselling can help guide and support a person to cope with everyday life, as well as navigate a broad range of personal issues. Together we will gently explore and unravel the emotions and feelings preventing you from living your best life; destructive emotions like anger, shame, guilt, sadness and loneliness.

Common life challenges addressed include:

  • Low self esteem

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Grief and loss

  • Break-ups and divorce

  • Professional unrest

  • Drug or alcohol addictions

  • Adjusting to change
